Dr. Buzzell is a board-eligible orthopaedic surgeon specializing in shoulder reconstruction, shoulder replacement, and sporting injuries of the shoulder girdle. He graduated from the Creighton University School of Medicine in Omaha, Nebraska and completed his orthopaedic surgery residency at Vanderbilt University in Nashville, Tennessee.

Dr. Buzzell also completed a Shoulder Fellowship at the Carrell Clinic in Dallas, Texas before moving back to Omaha.

Dr. Buzzell is active in the athletic community of Omaha as one of the team orthopedic specialists for the UNO Mavericks and Burke High School.
